Get Fit in February

So this year one of my goals was to help support as many people as I can in living a healthy lifestyle. I'm kicking it up a notch in February with a few options to hopefully meet you wherever you're at. 
For some, that means figuring out how to eat healthier (where to start, what to eat, how much to eat, and how in the world to get their families to get on board with them), others are  focused on getting healthy and staying healthy, while still others are already in good shape and are looking to take their fitness to the next level. 

My plan for the month is to offer something for everyone. No matter your fitness level, there's something here for you. If you're not totally sure where to start, let's talk.

21 Day Busy Moms' Fitness Challenge
(starts pre-season Monday, Feb. 9th)
As moms, we spend most of our time taking care of others. This doesn't leave a lot of space for ourselves or for our own physical and emotional needs. My goal is for you to spend the next 21 days working on making yourself a priority for 30 minutes a day. We'll talk about how to do that and work through the bumps that come with balancing ourselves with our families' needs. 

What are the details?
  • 30 minute workouts (you choose from 3 program options - 21 Day Fix, 21 Day Fix Extreme, or Insanity Max 30 - all are a combo of fitness program and meal/portion control system)

FREE 10 Day Drop a Pant Size Challenge 
(Feb. 6th-15th)

So maybe you missed the last group or the timing wasn't right. Maybe you've been giving eating healthy a go on your own and just need a little extra support to stick with it. Or you're one of the many people who are traveling somewhere warm for February break and after digging out your bathing suit, you realize that you've put on a few lbs. since summer. Whatever the reason, you have nothing to lose by giving this a try.
