Yogurt Bark Bites


Easy, healthy, totally delicious AND most importantly, kid tested and approved! Yogurt bark is going to be a summer snack time fave in our house.

Yogurt Bark Bites

Ingredients: 
32 oz. plain yogurt or Greek yogurt 

1/2 c. honey or agave
fruit of your choosing (berries and nectarines were what we had on hand)



Directions: 

1. Mix yogurt and honey.

2. Line baking pan with parchment or Saran Wrap and spread yogurt to about a 1/2" thick. Press in cut fruit.

4. Cover with Saran Wrap and freeze for 3-4 hours or overnight. 

5. Cut or break into pieces and enjoy! 


Store in airtight container in the freezer for easy grab and go snacks!
