Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Anyone else get killer after dinner munchies??? I've been craving bad food all day, sweets most especially, so before I do some damage in the kitchen, a healthy, homemade chocolate peanut butter cup to the rescue!

If you're a peanut butter cup addict, you've got to try this healthier alternative. Even my husband is hooked and he's a Reece's fiend!

(If you want to try it and don't have Shakeology, let me know! I can hook you up with a 5 pack of Shakeology which makes 24 frozen PB cups!)

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients:
6 Tbls coconut oil, melted
4 scoops Shakeology (chocolate, cafe latte or a combo of the 2)
1/2 c. chocolate chips (dark, cacao, etc)
Natural peanut butter (or any nut butter of your choosing)

Directions:

1. Line 2 muffin pans with muffin liners.
2. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave (30-45 sec), stir and add Shakeology. Stir until smooth.
3. Pour one tsp into the bottom of each muffin well (to cover about 1/4" thick.)
4. Freeze for 5 minutes. Remove and add a dollop of peanut butter (melt if the consistency is too thick) to each.
5. Cover each PB cup with remaining Shakeology and freeze for 20-30 more minutes.
6. Enjoy!!!

Store the extra in a ziplock bag in the freezer.

They are seriously to die for!
