Spring into Spring!

Inline image 7It’s crazy to think we’re already halfway through March already. Can you believe that this is the first full week of spring?! In total New England style, we’ve been in shorts and boots this past week – you’ve got to love this crazy March weather!

Snow aside, we’re only 3 months away from the official first day of summer – that’s 12 weeks to get ready to shed the winter weight and get summer ready. While that may sound like it’s far off, it’s just the right amount of time to get your body moving, develop some healthy habits and make a change for the summer.
