Chocolate Cake Donuts
I'm not usually this ambitious when it comes to baking and frankly am stubborn about not buying specialty baking pans or tools. This was worth the $10 for pans and much easier than I would have ever thought donuts could be. No frying or crazy baking - just a mixing pan and baking sheet and 10 minutes in the oven. PLUS they're so much healthier than the donut store alternative and the kids loved them. I'm adding this to our school snack rotation! Chocolate Cake Donuts Ingredients: 2 1/2 c. Kodiak Cake dark chocolate power cakes flapjack and waffle mix 2 eggs 1 c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1/2 c. coconut sugar 1 Tbls melted coconut oil Optional chocolate drizzle : 1/2 c. dark chocolate chips & 1 Tbls coconut oil Directions: 1.
