Ultimate Reset Stir-Fried Veggies
Ingredients:
1 1/2 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1/2 carrot, cut in thin diagonal slices
1/4 c broccoli florets
2 tsp chopped red bell pepper
1/4 small zucchini, cut into half-moon slices
1 1/2 tsp Braggs Liquid Aminos
Directions:
1. In large wok or frying pan, heat oils over high heat.
2. Add carrot and cook, stirring for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add broccoli and cook, stirring for 5 more minutes.
4. Add remaining vegetables (plus whatever other veggies you have on hand), stir and reduce heat to medium and cook until vegetables are heated through and tender-crisp.
5. Turn off heat and add Aminos. Stir well and eat.
