Pumpkin Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 ½ oat
flour (I measure 1 ½ cups of whole grain old fashioned oats and puree them in
the blender)
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 scoop
of protein powder (I use either Trader Joe’s vanilla whey protein powder or cinnamon roll protein powder which is also yummy)
2 Tbls
agave or honey
1 Tbls
baking powder
½ teas
salt
2 Tbls
ground cinnamon
½ teas
allspice
¼ teas
ground nutmeg
4 egg
whites
1 cup
raw pumpkin
1 ½ cups
unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Directions:
1. Mix all of the dry ingredients
together.
