Protein smoothies
Ice, 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk, vanilla
protein powder, 2 large nectarines, 2 bananas, medium cucumber, a heaping
tablespoon of maple syrup.
Vanilla protein powder, unsweetened vanilla
almond milk and black coffee that's been frozen into ice cubes. Like a frappe,
yummy!
Black coffee, chocolate protein powder, 1/2C
pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice to taste, a splash or 2 of coconut cream or
coconut milk
Vanilla protein powder frozen pineapple, unsweetened
almond coconut milk and 2 Tbls coconut oil
Fresh (or fresh you've frozen yourself)
spinach, 1/2 c frozen raspberries, 1 Tbls dark cocoa powder, protein powder,
Chia seeds (optional), light original Silk (more protein than almond milk!) A
few ice cubes Blend!
Orange Juice, Banana (frozen, or with ice if
not), chocolate protein powder, fresh or frozen berries (blackberries are
awesome, but any will do), yogurt, 1 Tbls PB2.
Frozen strawberries, frozen bananas, vanilla
protein powder, 1 teas. honey, and a splash of almond milk.
Oatmeal cookie shake: Vanilla protein, quick
oats, pb or pb2, almond milk, cinnamon and honey but that's optional!
Peaches, oats, plain greek yogurt, cinnamon
and milk of choice. Optional: add honey or stevia.
1 frozen banana, a splash of unsweetened almond
milk, chocolate protein powder and a tablespoon of natural peanut butter or
PB2... blend until smooth!
